The Business Backer is currently seeking a versatile, talented Web Applications Developer to join our Operations team. Working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, you will be responsible for guided maintenance and development of high-availability, mission-critical web-based systems. You will work closely with the Systems Architect to resolve maintenance requests, implement system improvements and execute new development. What you will be doing
- You will be maintaining and supporting existing web-based applications, namely, applications built using CakePHP, MySQL and Java.
- You will be developing new internal and public web-based functionality, including third-party system integrations (Salesforce, Partner CRMs, Credit Reporting, etc.), using PHP, Java, Javascript (JQuery, node.js) as well as other languages as required.
- You will be assisting in the development of standards-based (SOAP, Restful, etc.)
