Are you an iOS dev that actually knows how to program? Do you worry about what that function you just wrote will do to battery life? Do you know how to test for that? Do you think storyboards are just a way for VB6 devs to hide in a new platform?  We want to hear from you.

Have you spent the first couple years of your career at some do-nothing corporate crap-fest? Have you gone the other way and put two years of your life into an ill-founded startup that had plenty of foozball, but no customers?

Where do you want to work next? Who do you want to work with?

This position is for an lead mobile software engineer focusing on iOS (iPad/iPhone). You'll be working with a great team of devs producing a world-class native app. This means if you're a contractor and expect to just throw some forms together and collect a check, you should keep looking. If you're excited by the prospect of making a real investment in mobile (and the fact I spelled "you're" correctly) then we should talk.

What we have is an amazing team of devs from all sorts of backgrounds. But the culture that holds us together is a true rarity among software shops. We value open discussion, heavy pushback, and management by objective rather than the never-ending ticket queue.

Our software stack is Python backed by Postgres and Redis. Our front ends include iOS and Responsive JS. We're pragmatic. We like smart people. If you like solving problems with science, you'll probably fit in here.
