ADP is looking for a Senior Application Developer to join our team of innovative and enthusiastic RESTful developers. Our new approach to ADP's solution is all about our user experience!
Seek particularly talented Web Services developer with experience in various technologies such as:
REST API, Java, Node.js, Jersey, Servlets, Java, or related technologies .
Responsibilities :
• Provide a consumer "person" focused user experience for the casual users of ADP's solutions - it is all about our users!
• ADP will not be encumbered by existing UX or capabilities that our solutions provide today. This is NOT business as usual!
• We will provide a user experience that will crush our competitors! Increase sales and decrease attrition.
• We will drive our user engagement by placing "nuggets" of engagement in front of them when they go to perform common tasks (i.e. company directory, view pay statement)
Qualifications:
• Expertise in software development with strong customer focus in a RESTful environment.
• Strong experience with various technologies such as Java, J2EE, OOAD and multi-tier software architecture.
• Expertise developing Web applications using Java technology including Java7, Node.js, Servlets, REST/JSON, XML, Jersey or Apache CXF, Tomcat.
• Thorough understanding of software development processes and methodologies and knowledge of the complete product development life cycle.
• Experience in Agile / Scrum
