This exciting new start-up company in Leesburg, VA is building unique products for Big Data Marketing Analytics and is hiring a Key Software Engineer who will have a major impact on the development of products which aggregate Big Data from different sources (web, in-store, and mobile to name a few) and analyze the data in such a way that consumers receive marketing information that is perfectly on target and truly helpful. This new approach is receiving incredible interest and early adoption from well-known major retailers, as well as significant investment and backing from Matrix Partners, the world’s leading technology investment capital firm.
This is a Win/Win for retailers and consumers reducing the spam advertising we all receive and improving sales for retailers WITHOUT the usual concerns about individually specific personal data.

Your role will be to help build customer facing user interfaces. The product stack includes technologies such as Ruby on Rails, Coffeescript, d3, Haml, Sass, MySql, Redis, Resque, and Memcached. Your tasks will include building advanced queries, adding new UI components, creating slick visualizations, and helping dream up an awesome user experience.
