Over the last several years TMPi has experienced dramatic growth While our competition continues to talk endlessly about things that are pretty boring, we are on our way, merrily finding new opportunities for success. Our product team has recently identified several AdTech products which we believe will propel us to the next level (whatever level is above the top…). As we prepare to build out these new products, as well as support and update existing platforms, we need new rising stars to complete our awesome constellation.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Engineer / Architect with a strong web development background and sound knowledge of architectural principals for B2C and B2B platforms. Hands-on experience with design and development of ad products is a huge plus. Playing for the Horde is an extra huge plus.

You will:
- Work with a small team of smart and highly talented engineers on building out new products and platforms for our business.
- Define architecture for our next generation systems.
- Evaluate and analyze product specifications.
- Work with the team to define and adopt better practices for various aspects of software development.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle
- Meet Spider-Man, Captain America, and Batman in historic downtown Hollywood
