The right person for this job delights in building solutions, has a talent for executing quickly, and has “agile” in their DNA. They can confidently build any type of software component and if they don’t know something, they’ll learn and adapt very quickly. They probably have 5+ years of software development experience with a couple of those years working in Java. And they undoubtedly have open source contributions with a GitHub repository, personal project page, or blog.

Their ideal environment is driven by rapid prototyping concepts and they have a demonstrated record of using creativity and innovation to go beyond current tools to deliver the best solution to complex problems.
