Basics Group, a small firm in Providence, Rhode Island, is looking to grow our talented team by hiring one or more full stack Ruby on Rails developers.
Since 2003, Basics has been helping businesses, non-profits, and government agencies solve specific workflow challenges through web applications and other projects. We consider ourselves a consulting firm, focusing on long-term relationships where we can build and evolve smart applications over time. We are excited about growing our technical team to take advantage of market opportunities we see with a few of our existing web application projects.
Everyone at Basics has their own area of focus, but our projects turn out best when we are collaborating as a whole team. In this position, you would be primarily responsible for specific applications but would also have input on all of our work. You would have opportunities to work directly with clients, be involved in brainstorming and the decision making process, and would have a clear sense of ownership in what you are creating.
