JavaScript Developer / Lead Web Programmer (JavaScript HTML5 CSS3 UI Agile ASP.Net MVC 4). Travel Republic, a hugely successful eCommerce travel site is seeking a hands-on Lead JavaScript Developer to lead a small, agile team of 2 to 3 developers. You will design and develop new and existing applications for both mobile platforms and a highly-transactional B2C website that receives 1 million unique visitors each week, 600 requests a second and growing.
As a Lead JavaScript Developer you will ensure an attractive and engaging user experience across platforms, utilising the latest technologies (e.g. ASP. Net MVC4, HTML5, CSS3) and your knowledge of industry trends. In this hands-on role, you will spend the majority of your time writing your own code, with an emphasis on Greenfield development.
