The Role:
In this role, you'll help the amazing people in the Drupal community succeed at Drupal! Customer Success Engineers at Pantheon are the ongoing partner with our clients - as such, both our client's success and Pantheon's success depends on you. You'll be a highly valued member of our growing team and because we excel at what we do, our team is beloved by our community. In turn, we'll set goals for your performance, learning, and growth as a Pantheon employee. We have your back and you have ours!
Here's what Customer Success means to us:
Support: Responding to service requests from our clients in a timely, calm, and confidence-inspiring manner. Issues will vary - you'll encounter everything from simple user misconfigurations to platform-related issues requiring engineering assistance.
Training: Customers are more likely to succeed if they understand our platform and the tools we offer (git, varnish, redis, etc), as well as Drupal best practices. You are their guide, and will help them via:
* Writing clear and effective documentation for Pantheons helpdesk.
* Creating instructional screencasts and participating in webinars.
* Representing Pantheon and engaging with customers at training events.
Platform Services: You'll train our partners on how to execute the performance tuning and services we offer to our end users.
