The team practices Agile development, so you'll be an important decision maker when building out new products. We care more about finding a good engineer who can comfortably fit into our culture than we do about diplomas, but you'll need to have some solid development experience under your belt. Good communication skills are also essential. We stay current with the Rails ecosystem and are starting to think about a major platform upgrade to coincide with Rails 4.0.
